When you learn about the Law of Attraction you might think it’s impossible to make it work for you – after all, nobody is happy and positive all the time. You don’t have to be! Being real, and true to yourself, is the most important way to go through life.
You’ll also consider it impossible to only think good thoughts – well, that is more of a challenge, but there are ways to practice choosing better thoughts without pressure.
Start by considering why you want your dream goal, and ask yourself if it is worth feeling better for.
When you don’t think about the pain it will take for you to achieve your goal, and you don’t think about all your fears and doubts – you remove all the reasons why you haven’t got there yet.
Instead, focus on how you will feel after you’ve reached your goal, and piece together a tapestry of yourself living your new day.
What will you do as soon as you wake up?
What will you see as soon as you wake up?
What will you eat for breakfast?
What will you wear?
Do this through a whole day with your dream goal as a reality – and feel the excitement and joy of each moment. The more you notice how you feel, the faster your dream will manifest.
You have to feel good now – before you can begin to attract your desires.
Every time a doubt sneaks into your thoughts – close your eyes, take a few slow breaths, and picture what your day looks like when you are living your dream. Hold those feelings with you, and they will keep you going until you experience them for real.
When you take your attention away from everything that is in your way, and place it on using your imagination to build up how you really want to live – you are creating your own dream, and watching the Law of Attraction fall into place.
If you find it too much of a stretch to see yourself in your dream goal from where you are now – get in touch. I guide you to release your doubts and fears peacefully while you relax – and feel wonderful.

“It is important to understand that you get what you think about, whether you want it or not. And chronic thoughts about unwanted things invite, or ask for, matching experiences. The Law of Attraction makes it so.” ~ Esther Hicks
“Rather than being so ready to jump into action to get the things that you want, we say think them into being; see them, visualize them, and expect them—and they will be.” ~ Esther Hicks
